This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies when InteliAds processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Roles
You are the data controller for the Amazon Ads and KDP business data you connect to InteliAds. InteliAds acts as data processor, processing that data only to provide the Service you configure.
2. Subject matter and duration
Processing covers account data, Amazon Ads campaign data, and KDP report numbers synced to your dashboard. Processing continues for the duration of your subscription and as needed to comply with legal obligations afterward.
3. Nature and purpose of processing
InteliAds processes data to:
- Execute automation rules you define on your Amazon Ads account.
- Display dashboards, logs, and audit trails in your account.
- Sync KDP royalty and KENP totals for profit reporting.
- Provide support, billing, and security for the Service.
4. Categories of data
- Account information (name, email, billing details).
- Amazon Ads performance and configuration data.
- KDP report totals (royalties, orders, KENP reads).
- Technical logs required for security and debugging.
5. Security measures
InteliAds uses HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, isolated per-user data storage, and industry-standard hosting practices. Amazon credentials and KDP session cookies are not stored on InteliAds servers.
6. Sub-processors
InteliAds uses trusted infrastructure providers (including cloud hosting and payment processing) to deliver the Service. A current list is available on request at support@inteliads.io.
7. Data subject requests
We will assist you in responding to data subject requests relating to data we process on your behalf, to the extent required by law and technically feasible.
8. Deletion and return
On account deletion or contract termination, we will delete or return your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@inteliads.io.
