Refund Policy

Effective April 29, 2026

We want you to feel safe trying InteliAds. This page lays out plainly what we will and won't refund, how trials work, and how to cancel. If anything here is unclear, email support@inteliads.io and a real person will help.

1. Free trial

Pro and Unlimited plans come with a 7-day free trial. You will not be chargedduring the trial period. We will email you three days before the trial ends so the renewal isn't a surprise.

To avoid being charged, cancel any time before the trial ends from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellations are effective immediately — your access continues to the end of the trial window.

The Starter plan does not include a free trial. If you're on Starter and the plan didn't work for you, see the 14-day money-back below.

2. 14-day money-back on new paid plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan and find within 14 days that InteliAds isn't right for you, you can request a full refund of the most recent payment, no questions asked. This applies to:

  • The first month of a new monthly subscription.
  • The first year of a new annual subscription.
  • The first month after upgrading from a lower tier (refund equals the difference in price).

To request: email support@inteliads.iofrom the address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request". We'll process the refund through Stripe within 5 business days. The money typically arrives back in your account within another 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. After the 14-day window

After 14 days we don't offer pro-rata refunds for the current billing period. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and we don't bill you again.

Two exceptions where we will refund partially or in full beyond 14 days:

  • Service unusable due to our fault.If a bug, outage, or data-loss incident on our side made the Service unusable for an extended period (more than 48 hours in a billing month), we'll credit or refund the affected days.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges.If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a clean cancellation that we failed to process, we'll refund in full immediately.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed up front for the year. The 14-day money-back in section 2 applies. After 14 days, we don't pro-rata-refund the unused months of an annual subscription except in the "our fault" or "duplicate charge" cases above. The annual price reflects the discount we give for committing up front.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time:

  • From the dashboard: Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
  • By emailing support@inteliads.io from the address on your account.

When you cancel, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period (or trial). You won't be billed again. Your data and rules stay in our system in case you reactivate later; if you want them deleted entirely, ask in the same email and we'll do it.

6. Failed payments

If your card declines on a renewal, Stripe will retry over a few days. You'll see a banner in the dashboard once the first retry fails. If all retries fail, your subscription will be deactivated automatically — at which point your sync stops and rules pause. Reactivating is one click (update the card, plan resumes).

We never charge late fees. If your card fails because the issuer blocked the transaction or it expired, that's on the bank — fix the card and you're back in.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please email us first — chargebacks cost both of us money and time, and 99% of disputes get resolved with a one-line refund anyway. We'll always honor the policy above when you ask directly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We won't apply less- generous terms retroactively to a refund window you're already in. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app banner before they take effect.
