These Terms of Service govern your use of InteliAds at inteliads.io and dashboard.inteliads.io. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@inteliads.io.
1. The Service
InteliAds is a rules engine for Amazon Ads. You define IF/THEN automation rules. InteliAds executes those rules on your behalf according to your settings. InteliAds does not make autonomous optimization decisions outside the rules you create.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the Amazon Ads accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Amazon and KDP connections
Amazon Ads connects via Amazon's official OAuth API. KDP royalties and KENP data connect via the InteliAds Sync Chrome extension using your existing browser session. You can revoke Amazon Ads access from your Amazon Advertising settings at any time.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Pro and Unlimited include a 7-day free trial. Starter does not include a free trial. See our Refund Policy for money-back terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate Amazon's advertising policies or terms.
- Attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Resell access to the Service without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
InteliAds is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific ACOS, ROAS, or revenue outcomes. Amazon reporting delays, book quality, pricing, and market conditions affect results. You remain responsible for reviewing rules and monitoring your account.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InteliAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost ad spend or royalties, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends at the close of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
