Make sure you're logging in with the same email you use for KDP, and that you have an active advertiser profile for the marketplace you're connecting (USA, UK, etc.). If the OAuth window closes without redirecting, disable any ad-blockers and retry.

First check whether you've hit your plan's managed-spend cap — rule execution pauses 10% past the cap. If you're well under the cap, open the rule and verify it's set to Active and that the underlying campaign/keyword still exists in Amazon Ads.

From the dashboard go to Settings → Subscription. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade in one click. Cancellations stay active until the end of your billing period — you won't be billed again.

Refresh the dashboard once — the Stripe webhook normally posts within a few seconds. If it's still off after a minute, email us with the Stripe receipt and we'll fix it manually right away.
